Before all of that, she served a full career in the U.S. Army and retired as a Colonel. She holds so many certifications that her credentials barely fit on one line: informatics, digital health, Lean Six Sigma, knowledge management, and more. She is also a Qlik Education Ambassador, and at Texas Tech she is building what she calls the nation's first Intelligent Healthcare Systems Program, preparing nurse leaders who understand.
